If you have a 24 Hour Rush item in your cart and you placed your order before 1:00PM CST, this item will be produced and shipped out the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary. -
Unfortunately, the complexity of customizing products prevents us from shipping one order to multiple addresses. If you need products sent to two or more different addresses, please put in separate orders.

Your card will be charged when your order ships, not before. When you check out, Staples Promotional Products will authorize the amount, which shows up on your statement as a pending transaction. That charge will not post until we ship the order.
