Custom 3-1/2 Save-the-Date Magnets Keep Your Brand on Every Fridge

Custom 3-1/2" x 4" save-the-date magnets turn a single branded piece into a long-term reminder on refrigerators, filing cabinets, and office walls. Your logo stays visible every day until the event arrives. These magnets work beautifully for corporate event announcements, product launch invitations, employee milestone celebrations, and client appreciation campaigns. They ship flat, store easily, and mail without an envelope, making bulk distribution straightforward for HR teams and event planners alike.

Staples Promotional Products makes it simple to order these magnets in bulk with your brand mark front and center. A magnet that stays on a surface for weeks or months delivers far more impressions than a paper mailer that gets discarded. For conference giveaways or onboarding kits, this format keeps your event top of mind without adding desk clutter.

Branded Save-the-Date Magnets Generate Lasting Daily Impressions

A magnet placed on a refrigerator or filing cabinet becomes a daily touchpoint. Every time someone reaches for a snack or a file, your brand appears. That repeated exposure builds familiarity before the event even happens. No other announcement format offers that kind of passive, ongoing visibility at a comparable cost per impression.

Corporate event planners use these magnets for annual conferences, product launches, and client appreciation dinners. HR teams include them in new-hire welcome packages to announce upcoming all-hands meetings or company milestones. The repositionable format means recipients move them to wherever they look most often, keeping your message in a high-traffic spot.
